WELCOME TO ABE'S ONLINE VIRTUAL CLASSES!

We are very excited to be offering LIVE classes. To kick off this new addition - here are some things you will need to know:

How the Payment System Works

1. You can drop in for $15
2. Purchase 10 classes for $100 - you can use this pass to take any of the classes that are offered virtually.
Important to know: Once you sign up and the Zoom email is sent to you, you will not be able to get the class back.

For the remainder of June, we will post the classes that will be LIVE on Zoom the Saturday prior to the week ahead. As we begin to discover where the demand is, we will create a monthly calendar for the classes. We anticipate the following classes for June (subject to change)

Here's what you will need for the virtual classes:

1. Lower Body Burn Factor: (1) Light Weight 8-10lb, (1) Medium Weight 12-15lb, (1) Heavy Weight 25-35lb, mat, block, stability ball or ottoman couch will work, and loop resistance bands (light, medium, and heavy).

2. Pilates: Mat, block, pilates ring, pilates ball, ankle weights, 2lb pair of dumbbells, light resistance loop band.

2. Total Body Burn Factor: A variety of weights, 4-5 pairs of different weight options. We recommend for ladies 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20lb and for gentlemen 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35lb.

4. Punch: You can do this class with or without a punching bag, gloves if you use a bag or prefer resistance, or you can air punch.

5. Ab Factory: Mat, stability ball, light loop resistance band, small Pilates ball, block. We use a 5lb plate in class, but you can use a dumbbell as well.


We purchase most of our equipment on Amazon.
The loop resistance bands come in an assorted pack. We use Synergee bands.
Our recommendations for Stability Balls: 55cm 5'1 to 5'8 and 65cm for 5'9 to 6'2.
For Pilates Ball, look for ProBody Pilates Small Ball. Y
ou can find dumbbells and ankle weights on Amazon, but we also recommend looking at Marshalls, Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wal-Mart, and Play It Again Sports.
